Very nice guy working at the front desk during 2nd shift allowed me to have his spare phone charger. My best friends wouldn't even do that. I wish I had gotten his name, though it's not hard to tell who he is since he is the only one who speaks kindly to you and is younger and friendly. Oh- and he also gave me a bag of his own popcorn. Such a kind and professional young man. As someone who has worked within the industry a time or two, I can confidently say that he definitely has what it takes to be a customer service professional- and not very many do. Thank you so much for making our trip that much better. We will return and recommend The Days Inn by Wyndham in Lakewood. It's the small things.. hope you get a promotion someday- you absolutely deserve it.
